At Dark Seas Division, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement gear will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
